All food handlers working a a food prep area are required to wash their hands after using the restroom.

and again immediately upon returning to any food production or food service area.

Each time you wash your hands you must use the proper procedure.  Scrubbing vigorously for 10-15 seconds is a long time please watch the video and make note of how long 10-15 seconds really is.   You must complete the entire hand washing  process both in the restroom and when returning to the food production/service areas to help ensure food safety.
