Texas TABC – Businesses can Currently sell Alcohol to To-Go Customers and Deliver Alcohol Directly to Customers Homes.
The chart below will outline who is allowed to deliver and make to-go sales.
If you are a business with a Mixed Beverage Permit (MB or RM) but To-go sales will only be allowed until State of Texas Governor Abbott’s March 13th disaster plan expires
- You do no need a Food and Beverage Certificate (FB).
- Alcoholic Beverages in the original container sealed by the manufacturer.
- Alcohol must be accompanied by a food order.
- 375 millilitres is the largest size of Distilled spirits you may sell.

Responsible Alcohol Vendor Programs
Responsible Alcohol Vendor Programs available in some states are free, self-monitoring programs that rewards retail licensees who take positive steps to prevent the sale and service of alcohol to minors and visibly intoxicated persons.
Retail licensees may apply for these programs through their State Liquor Boards if they have a beer, wine or spirits retail license.
