What is a Louisiana Bar Card?
The “Bar Card” is the common nickname for the Responsible Vendor (RV) Server Permit. It is the official state-mandated certification required to sell or serve alcohol and tobacco in Louisiana. Under state law, you must obtain this permit within 45 days of being hired.

How much is the Bar Card?
The ACE Food Handler course is $9.00. This is one of the lowest prices in the state (competitors often charge $15-$25). The price includes the online course, the exam, and your temporary certificate.

How to Get Your Louisiana Bar Card
