Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) is a community-based method to decrease the dangers of retail alcohol establishments. Policies, merchant education, and law enforcement cooperation are all responsible for this. 2. If a licensee can show that they engaged in RBS training, they can mitigate fines for selling alcohol to minors or drunken persons.
