The “Brunch Bill”
Texas laws changed significantly on Sept 1, 2021
Sunday Change: Grocery/Convenience stores can now sell beer/wine at 10:00 AM (it used to be Noon).
Restaurant Change: Bars/Restaurants can serve at 10:00 AM on Sundays if they serve food.
