How customers get food from restaurants right is changing, and it is changing fast and dramatically.
During this current global pandemic, QSR restaurants are being forced to recreate their business model on the fly. Everything we though we knew, at least for the short term, has changed. Customers now have a new outlook on delivery services. “Social distancing” is now part of our everyday lives.
Food handlers, cooks, chefs, servers, in most states now have to wear face masks for the next few months, or longer. I mean who really knows what the consumer is going to be demanding in the next few months.
