How to Download or Print Your Official Bar Card

1. Go to the ATC Website: Visit the official Louisiana Alcohol and Tobacco Control website.

2. Navigate to Responsible Vendor Info: Look for the “Responsible Vendor” section in the menu.

3. Find the Lookup Tool: Click on the link that says “Responsible Vendor Permit Search” or “Print RV Bar Card.”

4. Enter Your Details: You will need to enter:

   • Your Last Name

   • The Last 4 Digits of your Social Security Number

   • Your Date of Birth

5. Download & Print: If your license is active, it will appear on the screen. Click “Download License” to save a PDF copy to your phone or computer. You can then print this PDF to keep a physical copy in your wallet.

How to Reprint a Lost or Stolen Card
