As an owner or manager of a restaurant what is your plan?
Mask are going to come in some very interesting flavors.
You are going to want to get with your attorney, and, HR professional, to update your handbooks, policies and procedures.
And then of course have the restaurant management team present it to the employees.
As masks become mandatory, how long will the requirement last?
Will it just be FOH employees, imagine your manager and host wearing a mask during a rush?
